Yoh has an immediate, 2monthcontract opportunity, as an HR Assistant within the Medical Device industry to join our client, OnSite, to report to their office in Gainesville, FL
- $20/hr. max hourly rate
- 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday
- Manages confidential HR documentation while accurately digitizing and organizing employee records in the HRIS
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Due to the client-site nature of this role, we are unable to support OPT or STEM OPT employment, including completion of Form I-983.
What You Will Be Doing- Scan and digitize paper HR files into the company’s electronic system
- Organize, file, and maintain digital employee records accurately
- Sort, track, and log Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Ensure all documents are labeled, stored, and indexed correctly in the HRIS
- Handle sensitive employee information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Perform general administrative support tasks for the HR team as needed
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Prior experience working in an HR environment (required)
- Experience handling confidential or sensitive information
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and document management processes
- Experience using scanners and digitizing physical documents
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Proficiency with HR systems and administrative processes
