Job Description:

The HR Generalist III serves as a trusted human resources partner, providing advanced HR consultation, guidance, and operational support to College of Nursing leadership, faculty, and staff. This position independently manages a broad range of complex HR functions and delivers strategic, data-informed recommendations to support workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.

The role serves as a key advisor on human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with College, University, State, and Federal laws and regulations. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interpret and apply policies in complex situations while building productive relationships across all levels of the organization.
