Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment initiatives for the college
- Work with college personnel and various departments across Brenau for the purposes of meeting annual recruitment goals
- Review recruitment and retention data with the college’s dean to develop strategies to improve recruitment and retention rates
- Collaborate with admissions, department chairs, and faculty to schedule and attend recruitment events
- Responsible for helping to implement and manage programming and student support for online programs
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local business owners, and representatives from other educational institutions to promote the college
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be eligible to work in the United States on or before the confirmed start date
