Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment initiatives for the college.
- Work with college personnel and various departments across Brenau to meet annual recruitment goals.
- Review recruitment and retention data with the college’s dean to develop strategies to improve recruitment and retention rates.
- Collaborate with admissions, department chairs, and faculty to schedule and attend recruitment events.
- Responsible for helping to implement and manage programming and student support for online programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local business owners, financial institutions, non‑profit organizations, the local Chamber of Commerce, and representatives from other educational institutions.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Successful applicants must be eligible to work in the United States on or before the confirmed start date.
- Must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid Georgia driver’s license, and have a good driving record.
