Under the direction of the AVP of Learning and Development, and SVP of HR and Training, the Training Coordinator is responsible for records, creating, coordinating, facilitating, and delivering training, as well as analyzing training needs, and employee relations.
YourKey Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and deliver training programs for varying levels of individuals within Florida Credit Union.
- Create courses using authoring programs such as Articulate, Biteable, Canva, and Paycom LMS.
- Work with the AVP to continually evaluate training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculum as needed, as well as assessing training needs for various departments.
- Ensure trainers are well equipped to deliver consistent, professional trainings to staff and that training design structured and cohesive.
- Plan, organize, facilitate, and order supplies for department, employee recognition, development, and training events.
- Maintain continual education support materials to be used for reference once training has been completed.
- Maintain course outlines, resources, and materials in internal files and keep all items up to date when changes are made.
- Maintains compliance with all state, federal and local laws, rules, and regulation relating to human resource and personnel management. Ensuring compliance with credit union policies and procedures.
- Associate’s degree combined with 3-4 years of related experience, or an equivalent mix of education and hands‑on experience.
- A current driver’s license.
