The Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist manages the full recruitment lifecycle and oversees all onboarding, credentialing, and new hire administration activities. This position is partnered with hiring managers to attract, hire, and onboard qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with federal, state, company, and customer requirements. The Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist plays a key role in creating a seamless transition from applicant to employee.

• Full Cycle Recruitment Professional
• Maintain department and new hire files and records in electronic and paper form
• New Hire Incentive Monitoring
• Reporting - Assist in collecting and reporting data from ADP for EEO-1, EE0 Part 2 and VETS-4212 Reporting, AAP Reporting, department, and company reporting as requested
• Training and Development
• New Hire Credentialing

Working hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Experience in Recruitment, Training and Development
• ADP Workforce Now
• Affirmative Action Planning
• SHRM-CP or PHR Certification
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• AA Degree

Associate

1-4 years

• 2 years in Human Resources and Recruitment
• Experience with highly confidential information
• Above average oral and written communication skills
• Experience in Word and Excel
• Must exercise a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact and diplomacy

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
