University of Florida is hiring an Admissions Officer II. The role involves leading recruitment efforts for the MBA programs by conducting events, managing candidate sourcing, coordinating applicant interviews, and supporting admissions committee decisions to attract high-quality students.
Highlights- Conduct on-campus and off-site recruitment events including information sessions, fairs, and tours.
- Manage outreach campaigns through emails and phone calls to prospective MBA students.
- Review and screen Professional MBA applications and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Design and implement MBA recruitment activities and assist with event planning.
- Provide communication support between applicants and the PMBA Admissions Committee.
- Required qualifications include a master s degree or a bachelor s with two years of relevant experience.
- Preferred skills include strong verbal and written communication, experience in sales or recruiting, event planning, and knowledge of MBA curriculum.
- Expected salary range is $48,000 to $52,000 annually.
- Experience in academic administration and collaboration with academic personnel is valued.
- Role demands motivation, organizational skills, and ability to work closely with various stakeholders within the College and industry.
