Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) - Entry Level (EXEMPT) Concierge Home Care is growing and we are looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team!

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) sources and screens candidates that best fit the company’s current needs and growth goals. The TAS duties include establishing hiring criteria, understanding recruiting needs, and finding the right candidates with a focus on long-term strategies for meeting the company’s future objectives. The TAS is not only charged with filling vacant positions or new positions but delivering high-quality candidates with a desire to grow with the organization.

• Creating and developing strategies and processes for acquiring new talent
• Utilizing various channels to source and attract high-quality candidates
• Working with hiring managers to fill positions and anticipate future needs
• Managing the screening process to include resume searching and interviewing
• Connecting and building a social network to comprise an ongoing talent list
• Hosting and participating in hiring and recruiting events, as well as participating in job fairs

• Some college (Preferred)
• Industry (Home Health Care) Knowledge and the roles within the organization
• Highly motivated and a self-starter

• Medical, Dental & Vision effective the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment
