• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.

• Business Analysis and
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Facilitate cross-functional project teams, define and clarify business requirements, coordinate with project managers, serve as facilitator between business units and IT, support project planning, monitoring, and evaluation, establish governance structures.
• Technology Solution Design and Implementation:
  Translate business requirements into functional specifications, guide design and implementation of scalable solutions, ensure integration with existing systems, engage in system testing and validation, support system enhancements.
• Business Process Improvement and Change Management:
  Analyze existing processes, identify improvement areas, develop recommendations, lead change management efforts, engage stakeholders, monitor impact of improvements.
• Other Duties:
  Perform other duties as assigned to support team and organization.

• Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Mathematics, Educational Technology, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
• Experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Atlassian’s Jira and Confluence, or Basecamp.
• Knowledge of data visualization and framework tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Canva, Illustrator, Google Draw, or Figma.
• Experience with public speaking and presenting to stakeholders; with customer service practices; maintaining knowledge of industry best practices for project/portfolio management.
