• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, profiles, permissions, and workflows
• Evaluate and implement App Exchange solutions and third-party integrations
• Maintain system documentation and create training materials for end-users
• Perform regular data audits and cleanup activities to ensure database health
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts as needed

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 5-7+ years of Salesforce Lightning Administration experience in a mid-to-large organization
• Salesforce Certified with a thorough knowledge of the Salesforce platform
• Proven experience leading end-to-end enhancements in a Salesforce production environment
• Strong understanding of CRM strategy, data models, and revenue processes

• Experience supporting multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Development concepts and the Quote-to-Cash process
• Comfortable working in an agile environment with a small team of administrators
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective user interaction
• Proactive problem solver with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
