Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Utilize agentic AI tools to draft, review, and refine infrastructure code, scripts, and automation workflows.
- Critically evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, security implications, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring CI/CD pipelines, escalating issues to senior engineers as needed.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks for production and testing Kubernetes clusters under guidance.
- Write and maintain scripts to automate repetitive operational tasks, using AI assistance where appropriate.
- Support AWS infrastructure provisioning using established Infrastructure as Code (IaC) patterns and templates.
- Provide Level 1 support for issues reported through the Help Desk.
- Participate in on‑call rotations with support and mentorship from senior engineers.
- Monitor system health dashboards and respond to alerts following documented runbooks.
- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Assist development teams with build and deployment questions.
- Support QA and development teams during release activities.
- Learn and apply organizational standards for Helm charts and Terraform modules.
- Contribute to incident post‑mortems and implement assigned remediation tasks.
- Utilize provided resources to ensure all of Tower Hill’s cloud infrastructure is reliable, consistently available, performant and processes requests successfully and as expected.
- Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and ensure AI‑assisted code meets quality standards.

EducationHigh School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
ExperienceMinimum of zero (0) to two (2) years of relevant work experience in Dev Ops, systems administration, or related technology field required, including the following:
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI coding assistants and agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude, Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, or similar).
- Experience working within the Linux/Unix command line environment.
- Basic understanding of containerization concepts (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to at least one cloud platform (AWS preferred).
- Foundational scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
- Understanding of version control systems (Git).
- Knowledge of products and tools for aspects of system management, including backup, network/system monitoring, scripting, automation, and security.
- Basic Linux server or workstation administration experience (sendmail/postfix (MTA), httpd, lvm, ntp, curl).
- Experience with command pipelines, including grek, awk, and sed to create succinct data sets from logs or other output.
