Compensation: $90,000 base, with a bonus potential of up to 12%.

As a Platform Engineer, you will be a vital member of the Platform Engineering Team, responsible for maintaining the infrastructure and operational integrity of our advertising software. Your role is crucial in supporting the platform’s mission to deliver efficient and secure systems. You will contribute to key technical projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure the smooth operation of our platform.

• Proven experience in platform engineering, infrastructure management, or a similar role, with a history of successful project contributions and system enhancements.
• Strong technical expertise in cloud services, networking, and/or database management.
• Solid understanding of security protocols and operational best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure‑as‑code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements, including ISO, SOC, or other relevant certifications.

• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Detail‑oriented, committed to maintaining high standards of system reliability and security.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Organized & precise – capable of preparing clear and detailed documentation of systems and processes.
• Collaborative – works well with different departments and stakeholders, fostering a team‑oriented approach to problem‑solving and project execution.
• Adaptable – willing to adapt to changing technologies and methodologies, and flexible to handle unexpected challenges and shifts in project priorities.

• Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure, networking, and database systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard our systems against vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage and refine CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and smooth software deployments.

• Develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting tools to support internal team operations and decision‑making.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues, providing hands‑on support for environment setup and system optimization.
• Develop and maintain tools and processes to enhance system performance and reliability.

• Work closely with software engineers, Dev Ops, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operational support for new features.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain consistent and reproducible development environments.
• Participate in incident response efforts, helping to minimize downtime and ensure quick recovery from system disruptions.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and configurations to ensure accessibility and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Perform regular audits and updates to ensure adherence to industry standards, such as ISO or SOC compliance.

• Actively seek opportunities to innovate and improve the efficiency and security of our platform.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance our infrastructure and practices.
