We’re seeking a Learning & Engagement Manager who is service-oriented, detail-driven, and supports the day to day operations of our webinars, learning programs, and surveys.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, service oriented, detail focused, and takes pride in ownership, accuracy, and thoughtful execution while ensuring programs run smoothly from start to finish.
What you'll doYou’ll manage and improve the operational delivery of CPAmerica’s learning, webinar, and survey programs, working closely with the Vice President of Engagement & Partnerships and serving as a trusted point of contact for member firms.
Responsibilities include:- Serving as the day to day point of contact for our Learning Management System (LMS) vendor, supporting course setup, testing, user access, and basic troubleshooting
- Producing and supporting live webinars
, including coordinating with speakers, managing hosting logistics, and assisting participants during sessions - Ensuring accurate CPE processing
, certificate distribution, and compliance documentation for webinars in alignment with NASBA standards - Overseeing and executing the full survey process for association wide and firm level surveys, including setup, testing, distribution, reminders, and closeout
- Helping to maintain data accuracy and organization for survey and participation records
- Compiling participation metrics and assist in tracking engagement and response trends
- Preparing clear summaries and reports to support leadership decision-making
- Serving as a primary contact for member inquiries related to learning, surveys, webinars, and CPE
- Maintain documentation and repeatable workflows to ensure consistency and reliability
- Coordinate with external vendors and service partners to support program delivery
- Strongly member-focused and service minded
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with survey tools, spreadsheets, and reports
- Able to follow established processes and meet deadlines consistently
- Confident interacting with senior professionals
- Reliable, responsive, and solution-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency with Excel and Power Point
- Experience supporting surveys, reporting, data collection, or learning platforms
- Familiarity with professional services, education, or association environments is a plus
