• Design, build, implement, and support new network architectures in a predominantly Fortinet environment.
• Administer and maintain the existing service provider network.
• Troubleshoot complex customer issues and coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure prompt and professional resolution.
• Write and deploy automation and scripting to improve efficiency in service provisioning and support.
• Create technical documentation for customers and internal teams to promote knowledge sharing.
• Serve as a technical consultant to sales teams.
• Participate in after-hours on-call support rotation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
