People Soft FSCM Technical Analyst (Full-Time)

Location: Remote with periodic onsite (monthly team meeting) Gainesville FL

We are working with a well-established healthcare organization seeking a People Soft FSCM Technical Analyst to join their enterprise applications team on a full-time basis.

This is a high-impact, hands-on development role focused on supporting and enhancing People Soft Financials—particularly within Purchasing and Supply Chain operations
. The ideal candidate is a strong technical resource who can build, optimize, and support solutions while collaborating across functional and technical teams.

• Design, develop, and support People Soft FSCM applications
  , with an emphasis on Purchasing
• Build and enhance Fluid UI components and mobile-friendly pages
• Develop customizations using Drop Zones, mappings, and related tools
• Create solutions from the ground up, including new components and enhancements
• Support integrations using Integration Broker and related technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives
• Contribute to reporting and analytics efforts (including dashboarding tools)
• Participate in a rotational on-call support schedule
• Attend monthly onsite team meetings

• Strong hands-on experience with People Soft FSCM (v9.x)
• Proven development experience with:
  • Fluid UI / mobile-first design
  • Drop Zones and component customization
  • Building solutions from scratch
• Experience with Integration Broker and enterprise system integrations
• Familiarity with EDI transactions related to purchasing and invoicing
• Experience working in an Oracle database environment
• Strong technical problem-solving and development skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in a healthcare environment
• Exposure to EHR integrations (high-level understanding)
• Experience with Tableau or similar reporting tools
• Familiarity with enterprise workforce/timekeeping systems

• Primarily remote role
• Occasional onsite presence (approximately once per month
  ) for team collaboration
