Technical Services Engineer

Tier4 Group is seeking qualified candidates looking to join a fast-growing healthcare technology services provider delivering secure, reliable IT solutions that help clinicians focus on senior patient care. We’re seeking a Technology Services Engineer with strong technical expertise and excellent client management skills to serve as the primary technical liaison for key accounts.

• Lead technical delivery for assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Manage major technical issues, security incidents, and end-to-end IT projects.
• Deploy and support servers, networks, cybersecurity solutions, and Microsoft 365/Azure environments.
• Provide Tier 3 support for complex escalations and guide technicians on ticket priorities.
• Develop client technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation (Connect Wise) and mentor junior engineers.

• Experience supporting or managing clients in an MSP or technical services environment.
• Strong Tier 3 skills across infrastructure, networking, M365/Azure, and security.
• Proven success leading technical projects and delivering client-facing solutions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
