Systems Engineer

Overview

Are you a collaborative AWS Systems Engineer looking to work for a mission‑driven global organization? As a Systems Engineer III you will support our AWS Cloud infrastructure, automation, and operational tasks. You will work in partnership with product and engineering teams, supporting deployment, troubleshooting, and automation initiatives, contributing to live products, and driving process improvements.

• Support cloud infrastructure deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting in AWS.
• Assist in automating operational tasks and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to the implementation of scalable, resilient application architectures.
• Maintain documentation and operational procedures to ensure best practices.
• Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Support process improvements and automation efforts.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, escalating as needed.

• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, automation, or Dev Ops tasks.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS.
• Foundational understanding of cloud and Dev Ops tools and a proactive attitude toward operational support and automation.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Scripting skills in Python or Go.
• Knowledge of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Helm, or ArgoCD.
• Support and troubleshooting skills in cloud and containerized environments.
• Proactive approach to automating repetitive tasks and operational workflows.
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems, including system administration, command‑line tools, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with continuous integration tools such as Git Hub Actions.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Benefits are country specific.
