AWS Systems Engineer

Systems Engineer III responsible for supporting AWS Cloud infrastructure, automation, and operational tasks. Works in partnership with product and engineering teams, supporting deployment, troubleshooting, automation initiatives, contributing to live products, and supporting process improvement.

The team of AWS Systems Engineers ensures all products in the Nursing Health Education domain are flawlessly scaled on AWS infrastructure.

• Support cloud infrastructure deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting in a cloud environment (AWS).
• Assist in automating operational tasks and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to the implementation of scalable, resilient application architectures.
• Support documentation and operational procedures to ensure best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Support process improvements and automation efforts.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, escalating as needed.

• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, automation, or Dev Ops tasks.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS). Foundational understanding of Cloud and Dev Ops tools and a proactive attitude toward operational support and automation.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Scripting skills in Python or Go.
• Knowledge of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Helm, or ArgoCD.
• Support and troubleshooting skills in cloud and containerized environments.
• Proactive approach to automating repetitive tasks and operational workflows.
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems, including system administration, command-line tools, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with continuous integration tools such as Git Hub Actions.
