Responsibilities
- Assist the Data Center Director in supporting the County Health Department (CHD) users with hardware, software, and networking functions.
- Provide LAN and WAN support at the local and regional level.
- Supervise staff including appraisals, planning, and directing their work.
- Maintain vacation and work schedules to ensure proper coverage.
- Complete administrative and management functions with NCF servers.
- Troubleshoot NCF VoIP phone systems and hosted FAX systems.
- Ensure all consortium data sets are routinely and reliably backed up.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds consistently, without issue.
- Must be willing to be available for weekend and/or after hours work.
- Experience in a technical or related field.
- Preferred:
Experience supervising in a professional setting. - Preferred:
Industry certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+.
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Security+
