OPS Salesforce Specialist
The Lastinger Center for Learning is looking for a full-time OPS team member to support the Enrollment/Business Operations team. This is a as needed/ time limed position.
Responsibilities- System administration of the Salesforce environments Sandbox and development environment setup, maintenance, and testing
- Scope requirements, design and build solutions for enrollment and business operations
- Collaborate with functional areas to determine needs and use cases for business processes and automation
- Support reporting and data management within Salesforce environment
- Troubleshoot reporting, account issues, automation, and system functionality
- Collaborate with other Salesforce system administrators, architects, and manager to maintain the entire Salesforce ecosystem crossing all functionality and Center wide operations.
Expected Salary: $26-$30/hour
Required Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma
Preferred: Salesforce Administration, Java, Flow or APEX experience.
