Customer Support Specialist

Spherion Gainesville, FL has a local client seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their successful team.

Location:

Gainesville, FL

Pay Rate: $21.59/hr

Schedule:

Able to work nights, weekends, and be on call as needed

Working hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

• Act as the first point of contact for customer technical support issues.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and support (e.g., password resets, account assistance).
• Route tickets and elevate issues to Level 2 and Level 3 support as needed.
• Perform limited billing functions, including:
  Reviewing service agreements and contracts to determine charges and terms. Performing basic financial calculations (e.g., service charges, pr orations, amounts due, discounts).

• Previous help desk or technical support experience
• Basic networking knowledge (e.g., switches, routers, wireless access points)
• Comfortable working with multiple monitors
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer

High School

1-4 years

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Punctual and reliable
