The company is hiring an IAM Supervisor who will manage IAM staff, coordinate project schedules, and oversee IAM system maintenance and support. The role involves resolving complex issues, planning IAM strategies, and ensuring alignment with business processes and IT standards.
Highlights- Supervise IAM staff, schedule work assignments, and direct daily operations.
- Plan and coordinate project schedules and participate in budget administration.
- Analyze and resolve complex IAM-related technical and business problems.
- Maintain IAM systems and processes with minimal impact to customers and IS.
- Provide technical leadership in IAM design, implementation, and system administration.
- Participate in enterprise-wide project planning and apply advanced project management principles.
- Required qualifications:
Master's degree with 2 years experience, bachelor's with 4 years, or associate's with 6 years; equivalent coursework may substitute. - Preferred skills include advanced knowledge of Entra (Azure AD), Active Directory, identity lifecycle management, privileged access management, and healthcare access requirements.
- Experience with identity governance, workflow automation, API integrations, and secure access solutions across enterprise environments.
- Salary offered: $100,000 annually.
