UF Information Technology (UFIT) seeks a professional-level Senior eLearning Support Specialist to join eLearning Support in Academic Technology, UFIT. You will support faculty, staff, and students using Canvas, Voice Thread, and Qualtrics, providing assistance via phone and ticket systems.
You will work with the eLearning team to promote and mature the learning environment, resolve obstacles, and document processes while enhancing communication and education across UFIT.
