King Risk Partners, LLC is growing and seeking an exceptional individual with proven discipline, drive to advance and commitment to join our team as an AMS
360 Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be service-focused, team-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This position will work remotely and will report to the Director of Integrations.

• Support to all users on AMS
  360 and all ancillary products post-converting to AMS
  360
• Be a collaborative force, consistently embodying teamwork, motivation, positive behavior, and a dedication to achieving our collective goals and objectives.
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams across King to insure quality control and consistency and will work alongside multiple strategic service providers.
• Uphold a sense of urgency and consistently meet deadlines.
• Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to actively listen and proactively solve issues with minimal assistance.
• Showcase excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Possess the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, work independently, and handle sensitive information discreetly within a fast-paced, time-critical environment.
• Assist in support issues for users once they are live on AMS
  360.
• Provide advanced training to users as needed.
• Work with Vertafore Support as needed to resolve issues identified.
• Assist in operations/servicing related configuration of AMS
  360 including download.
• Onboard and Offboard AMS
  360 users including revising Security as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Experience in implementing PL Rating, Insurlink, and Work Smart is preferred.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and computing skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), is expected.
• Familiarity with project management software or collaboration platforms, such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Monday, etc., is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or software is mandatory.
• You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience using AMS
  360 agency management software.
• Experience with Image Right, Agency Zoom, Benefit Point, Insur Link, and PL Rater strongly preferred.
