Personal Insurance Support Specialist - Client Account Advisor Team

McGriff-Williams Insurance - A leading Florida-based independent insurance agency with a reputation for excellence, is seeking a dedicated professional to support our Personal Insurance Client Account Advisors.

As a Personal Insurance Support Specialist, you'll provide essential operational and administrative backing to our Client Account Advisors, enabling them to focus on client relationships and strategic guidance. Your attention to detail and efficient processing of policy transactions will be vital in maintaining our high standards of service.

• Support Client Account Advisors by processing policy changes, endorsements, and updates with precision
• Manage routine client communications regarding policy documentation and administrative matters
• Document all client interactions comprehensively in our agency management system
• Prepare policy renewal information and assist with identifying discount opportunities
• Follow up on late premium payments and maintain accurate records
• Provide administrative assistance during the claims process
• Organize and maintain client files to ensure information is readily accessible to advisors

• 1+ years of customer service experience (insurance industry experience preferred but not required)
• Strong technological proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication abilities for both internal and external interactions
• Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
