Key Responsibilities Support IP Counsels on IP docketing, management, licensing, and transactional matters Manage maintenance fee/annuities and assist with patent/trademark filings Administer internal IP databases and generate reports for metrics and budgets
Required Qualifications At least 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate legal department Expertise in IP docketing policies, IP management software, and licensing practices
Experience with complex electronic databases and electronic docketing systems Familiarity with USPTO procedures Ability to execute tasks and projects independently
