Custodial Floor Tech

Job Description

Spherion Gainesville, FL has a client actively looking for a Custodial Floor Tech to maintain all floors and floor coverings at their Gainesville, FL facility. Direct Hire Opportunity!

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 5pm - 1:30am. Salary: $15.75/hr please email resumes to Rose Crane at [email protected].

• Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop, clean, shampoo, dust and strip and wax floors
• Clean all entrances, entrance walks, steps and patios
• Spot clean and clean all exterior and interior glass surfaces
• Clean ceiling lights and blinds
• Empty and clean all waste cans, trashcans, recycle bins, water fountains and doormats
• Provide excellent customer service
• Other duties as assigned

• Prior commercial custodial experience preferred
• No Degree Required
• 0-1 years’ experience
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 2+ years' experience in custodial work
• Valid driver's license
