Base pay rangeMaintenance Technician Needed (Gainesville):
Property Management Company Seeking Maintenance Tech For Apartment Complex. Compensation: based on experience.
- Daily repair and upkeep of the property including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting skills.
- Responsible for all other duties as may be assigned.
- 10+ years of experience in general maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
