Maintenance Technician

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Earl Apartments in Gainesville. We offer up to $22/hour plus quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, 2 weeks of paid time off, and rental discounts.

Benefits- Salary
: $21-$22 per hour - Yearly raises up to 5%
- Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000 per year
- On-Call Bonus: $100 per week when on call; minimum 1.5 hours of pay for any call

Job Duties and/or Oversight Responsibilities
- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning Units between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every 3 to 4 weeks
- 1+ years' experience in general maintenance
- Drywalling experience including painting and carpentry
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing
- Some knowledge of HVAC and water heaters
- Good verbal and written communication
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to residents
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
