Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Earl Apartments in Gainesville. We offer up to $22/hour plus quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, 2 weeks of paid time off, and rental discounts.

• Salary
  : $21-$22 per hour
• Yearly raises up to 5%
• Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000 per year
• On-Call Bonus: $100 per week when on call; minimum 1.5 hours of pay for any call
• $50 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning Units between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every 3 to 4 weeks

• 1+ years' experience in general maintenance
• Drywalling experience including painting and carpentry
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing
• Some knowledge of HVAC and water heaters
• Good verbal and written communication
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to residents

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
