Directly supervise Assistant Store Manager, Human Resources Manager, Loss Prevention Manager and Promotions Manager, and indirectly all other store managers;
Open and close the store;
Ensure staffing with service-oriented associates; participate in interviewing, selection, training, New Hire orientation, performance appraisals, merit/promo increases, weekly schedules; coach and motivate associates;
Meet or exceed financial plans; audit reports, inventory, procedures; manage cash and operating accounts;
Maintain merchandising directives and marketing/advertising strategies; execute sales/payroll plans
