Job Overview

The Collier Companies is seeking a Floating Property Manager to join our team! This is an on-site role, reporting from any of The Collier Companies' communities all over the southeastern United States. A Floating Property Manager will be an experienced leader, with the ability to travel, direct, motivate, and inspire a large team. Qualifications
  • 50% traveling needed to support multiple locations as needed.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a successful assistant community manager at a 250+ front‑door count community.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, and ability to role model and lead Team Members to perform to the TCC level of excellence.
  • Strong understanding of financial plans with the ability to summarize and communicate results effectively.
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a large leasing team preferred.
  • Commitment to TCC curb‑appeal standards, with a great eye for detail.
  • Strong technical skills with Entrata and Excel preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting the company customer service expectations and increasing reputation.
  • Strong understanding of TCC lease and policies.
  • Foster creative ideas to increase ancillary income.
  • Eye for asset management.
  • Strong understanding of the service aspect of a community preferred.
  • Great floor‑plan management, and willingness to push rates with confidence.
  • Commitment to TCC Culture, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to effectively communicate to multiple audiences.
