Assistant Director of Admissions; Regional

The University of Florida is hiring an Assistant Director of Admissions (Regional Recruitment) to lead regional recruitment efforts within the Office of Admissions. This role involves supervising a team of Regional Admissions Officers, coordinating recruitment strategies, and building relationships with prospective students and school personnel to support enrollment goals.

• Lead and manage recruitment strategies to attract a talented freshman class.
• Supervise a team of Regional Admissions Officers and provide ongoing coaching and performance management.
• Build relationships with school counselors, community organizations, and alumni groups.
• Organize counselor events and manage recruitment territories through high school visits and college fairs.
• Develop recruitment materials and communications using Slate CRM and collaborate with marketing and financial aid departments.
• Participate in office planning, resource allocation, and special projects as assigned.
• Master's degree plus two years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree plus four years required.
• Valid driver's license and valid or obtainable passport required; extensive travel involved.
• Experience with university admissions, leadership skills, and ability to supervise remote staff preferred.
• Annual salary of $65,000 plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, tuition assistance, and Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility.
