Executive Director of , Family & Campus Development

University of Florida is hiring an Executive Director of Advancement, Family & Campus Development. The role involves leading fundraising activities across several university divisions, managing advancement teams, and creating impactful donor engagement strategies to support student experience and campus initiatives.

• Lead fundraising efforts for Family & Campus Development, including Parent & Family Programs and Leadership Annual Giving.
• Manage portfolios of major gift prospects with solicitations of $100,000 and above, aiming for 80 face-to-face visits annually.
• Oversee advancement teams in the Division of Student Life and Division of Enrollment Management.
• Develop and implement communications strategies to promote philanthropic opportunities.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with university departments, volunteers, and donors.
• Supervise Directors and staff, fostering team accountability and strategic planning alignment.
• Required qualifications include a Master's degree with eight years, or a Bachelor's degree with ten years of relevant experience.
• Preferred experience includes five to seven years in major gift fundraising with proven success in soliciting gifts of $100,000+ and knowledge of donor databases and fundraising principles.
• Proficient with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, internet browsers, email platforms, and data-driven donor management systems.
