The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to join our leadership team and drive the guest experience.
This role partners with the Store Manager to lead sales, merchandising and operations while coaching Teammates and developing future leaders. As a progression from the AIT position, you will recruit talent, train staff, manage daily tasks, and help execute Buckle standards in customer service, loss prevention, and store presentation across all hours.
