About the RoleThe Director, Product Management, Shadow Health leads the product team and drives the strategy for innovative, AI‑enabled clinical learning solutions. The role shapes the product roadmap, advances AI capabilities, delivers measurable learning outcomes, and builds and develops a high‑performing product management team.
Responsibilities- Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Shadow Health solutions, focusing on AI‑enabled clinical simulation, precision learning, and measurable learner outcomes.
- Define and advance the AI strategy, including data loops, evaluation frameworks, and build‑buy‑or‑partner decisions that create durable product differentiation.
- Use customer insight, market trends, competitive intelligence, and performance data to prioritize opportunities and guide product decisions.
- Partner with engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and customer‑facing teams to deliver products, launches, positioning, pricing, and adoption plans.
- Establish product KPIs and evaluate success across learning outcomes, AI quality, customer adoption, revenue impact, and business performance.
- Communicate product vision and AI strategy clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including academic and executive audiences.
- Recruit, manage, coach, and develop a high‑performing product management team.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years product management experience.
- Prior experience managing successful product suites that met growth commitments.
- Ability to translate complex AI and data strategy clearly for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience shipping AI‑enabled products where AI was central to measurable outcomes, including ownership of data and evaluation strategy.
- Ability to communicate direction, purpose, and how work connects to broader organizational goals.
- Demonstrated success hiring, leading, and developing product management talent.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $136,100 – $252,800. Geographic differentials may apply. Eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Benefits include well‑being initiatives, shared parental leave, study assistance, and sabbatical programs.
