Description

Finish manufacturing products by deburring, cleaning, passivating, masking, blasting, and mass finishing

Key Responsibilities

* Deburring plastic and metal, cleaning, passivation, masking, blasting, and mass finishing operations.

* Typical types of work, but not limited to:
Level 1 products.

* Meet production standards and quality expectations.

* Meet all regulatory requirements including but not limited to FDA and ISO.

* Understand and follow all GMP procedures.

* Work from written instructions;
Work Instructions.

* Understand and follow all departmental SOP's. Document and report any process deviations to team leader.

* Understand and comply with all department safety policies and procedures.

* Know and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards

* Assist and support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Education

* High School Diploma or GED required

Experience

* None

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

* Good mechanical ability.

* Ability to perform basic inspection

* Ability to pay close attention to detail and ability to work well with hands.
