CNC Machine Operator

A confidential precision manufacturing facility is seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to produce high-quality components used in mission-critical applications. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced CNC equipment in a clean, climate-controlled environment while supporting secure production operations.

• Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision implants, instruments, or mechanical components.
• Work from blueprints, engineering drawings, and written instructions to set up and run production jobs.
• Adjust machine offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy and meet production standards.
• Inspect your own work using calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Accurately document production results and report process deviations to supervisors.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all department safety policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active Vantage Clear certification or equivalent U.S. security clearance is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently.
