Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
We support and maintain manufacturing equipment under general supervision. This includes working closely with technical service leaders, manufacturing engineers, machinists, quality personnel, and maintenance mechanics to conduct and document preventive maintenance on manufacturing and support equipment and fixtures in accordance with quality system SOPs and work instructions.
Responsibilities- Conduct and document daily, weekly, monthly, and annual preventive maintenance and work orders on equipment and fixtures.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures to minimize downtime; attend OEM training and apply it; use outside vendors as needed.
- Order and maintain inventory of components and spare parts.
- Assist in the preparation, execution, and documentation of equipment and process validations (IQs, OQs, PQs).
- Assist in performing calibrations of production equipment requiring time, temperature, pressure, etc.
- Meet or exceed quarterly departmental goals and objectives.
- Understand and follow all departmental SOPs and report any process deviations.
- Understand and comply with safety policies and procedures.
- Apply the Quality System and applicable federal and international standards.
- Support other team members as needed.

High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience1–4 years, including at least 1 year of troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC‑controlled equipment. Prior diagnosis and repair experience is preferred.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED. Technical training from an accredited external source.
- Successfully complete duties as a Maintenance Technician.
- Minimum 1 year experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC‑controlled equipment; prior diagnosis and repair experience preferred.
- Previous technical training by an accredited external source.
- Excellent technical aptitude, flexible schedule, and record‑keeping skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to make technical decisions under general supervision.
- Valid driver's license.
