Description

Manufacture implants and instruments at an introductory level.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate CNC machines with minimal assistance.

* Work from written instructions; (Work Instructions)

* Be able to adjust offsets to maintain dimensional integrity.

* Ability to inspect own work with minimal assistance.

* Meet production standards and quality expectations.

* Ability to document results accurately.

* Understand and follow GMP procedures as applicable to job duties.

* Understand and follow all departmental SOP's. Document and report any process deviations to team leader.

* Understand and comply with all department safety policies and procedures.

* Know and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards.

* Assist and support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary.

* Any other duties as assigned by Team Leader

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Education:

* High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

* Able to read blueprints.

* Strong math skills

* Able to use basic inspection tools, calipers, mics, etc

* Some manufacturing experience.

* Experince operating a CNC machine preferred.
