Job Summary:

TEC Specialty isseekinga hands-on, results-driven Plant Supervisor tooverseeoperations across both production and warehouse functions. This roleis responsible for supervising employees, driving safety and quality standards, coordinating workflow, and ensuring operational efficiency throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with manufacturing leadership experience and the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.

Supervise and support production and warehouse employees

Foster a positive team-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement

Maintainaccuraterecords related to production, shipping, receiving, and employee attendance

Track labor efficiency, downtime, and production metrics

Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and management teams to resolve operational issues

Conduct team meetings and communicate expectations clearly across departments

Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and accountability

Monitor productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy throughout operations

Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA standards

Coordinate daily production schedules and warehouse activities to meet operational goals

Qualifications:

Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment preferred

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting

Knowledge of safety regulations and operational best practices

Experience with inventory systems, production scheduling, or ERP systems is a plus

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Forklift certification or experience preferred
