Ayr Wellness is seeking a Cultivation Lead to oversee all cultivation activities in a large commercial facility. You will supervise the Cultivation team, perform plant health checks, and ensure adherence to SOPs while coordinating with the Cultivation Manager and Director.
The role requires strong data entry, attention to detail, and the ability to work nights or weekends. Prior cannabis cultivation experience and knowledge of state cannabis laws are essential for success in this position.
