Program CNC lathes and mills using G-code and M-code to produce precision components to specification;
Set up CNC lathes and mills, including tooling selection, work holding, and machine offsets;
Operate CNC horizontal lathes and milling machines throughout the shift to meet production schedules and quality requirements;
Inspect machined parts using calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensional accuracy;
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality, productivity, and repeatability
