Continuous Improvement Manager (Gainesville Florida)

Salary: $175-185K

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and overall operational performance.
• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of improvement projects, ensuring resources are aligned and objectives are achieved.
• Deliver Lean Six Sigma training and help build improvement capabilities throughout the organization.
• Coach leaders, project teams, and employees on problem‑solving techniques, process optimization, and change management principles.
• Partner with stakeholders across the site to gain support for improvement initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Track, analyze, and communicate project outcomes, performance metrics, and business impact to leadership.

Type:
Direct Hire

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required;
  Master Black Belt preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing, processing, or industrial environment.
• Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, data analysis, and project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive organizational change, coach teams, and deliver measurable business results.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
