Soul Shine Farms is seeking reliable, safety-minded Cutter/Sizer to join our production team in Gainesville, GA. You will cut raw chicken into precise shapes and sizes on an 8-hour shift in a cold, damp production room, aiming for at least 70 pounds per hour, with PPE provided. This hourly role offers weekly pay.
A 6-week training program pays $16 per hour during training; after completion, pay is based on individual production. Evening/morning shifts and overtime may be available.
