Trimmer- 3rd Shift

JOB PURPOSE Perform secondary operations (e.g. assembly, routering, deflashing) within a specified cycle time.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARYFollow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures to correctly produce parts.

Trim, mend, flame, palletize, deflash, router, and inspect parts to meet customer requirements.

Able to detect defective parts.

Operate CNC machine and bandsaw

Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the Production Supervisor Complete routine tasks with minimal supervision

Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.

Other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Required:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

Required:

None Preferred: 1-2 years related experience

Special Knowledge/

Skills Required:

Ability to use basic tool.

Ability to work in hot or cold temperature climates for extended periods

Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods

Must regularly lift and/or move up to 45 pounds

Typing/Keyboarding

Schedule:

1st Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm 2nd Monday – Friday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm 3rd Monday – Friday 11:00 pm – 7:00 amMust be able to work overtime on the weekends occasionally.
