Ayr Wellness is seeking a Cultivation Lead to supervise and assist in growing multiple cannabis strains at a large commercial facility. You will work with Cultivation Technicians, Manager and Director to manage daily cultivation tasks, inventories, and plant health.
The role requires 1–3 years of horticulture/agriculture experience, strong data-entry skills, and the ability to work nights or weekends. A high school diploma is required, with state badge credentials as applicable.
