Salary Range: $16.98 To $21.15 Hourly

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and woodworking, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and follow detailed plans. Candidates should be comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines, ensuring safety and precision in all tasks. This role is essential for delivering high-quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be reliable team players capable of working independently while adhering to safety standards.

• Assemble structural components and fixtures according to construction plans and technical drawings
• Join cabinet boxes, face frames, doors, and drawers using glue, nails, screws, and clamps
• Operate hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished units for alignment, squareness, and structural strength
• Interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate assembly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow all safety protocols related to power tool use, and hazardous materials

• Basic woodworking or general manufacturing experience
• Skilled in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills; power tools including woodworking drills and saws; woodworking machines
• Strong background in carpentry - woodworking, residential carpentry
• Familiarity with power tool safety standards and best practices for handling heavy equipment
• Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy parts up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or GED

• Warehouse experience: 2 years (Preferred)
• Assembly line production: 2 years (Preferred)

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work with various hand tools specific to machine
• Ability to Bend or Stoop

• High School diploma or GED
