This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gainesville, FL (in-office Wednesdays and Fridays). The Growth Strategist is the strategy and results counterpart to our account managers. You sit on client meetings as the voice that talks shop and is accountable for outcomes, while the account manager owns the relationship and project management.
You will lead client strategy from discovery through execution: uncover the real pain points, build a custom plan, set honest expectations, and pivot month to month based on performance. You will run paid media hands-on, with Google Ads as the primary channel and Meta where it fits, and you will carry some SEO fulfillment for a handful of clients. You will report on what actually matters (is the phone ringing, are the leads real, are they becoming customers) and own the full lead funnel, not just the campaign.
When a metric trends the wrong way, you dig in and fix the root cause. We are an AI-forward shop, so you will use AI tools daily to move faster, while personally owning everything that reaches a client.
This seat starts as a versatile, do-what-the-account-needs role and narrows toward higher-level client strategy as we grow.
Qualifications- Several years running paid media hands-on, with real depth on Google and Meta (Search, Performance Max, Display, remarketing) and spend you can speak to;
Linked In experience a plus - Genuine SEO ability across technical, on-page, content, and Google Business Profile
- Strong client-facing presence and comfort with a heavy meeting load
- Marketing intuition paired with the rigor to chase a problem to its root cause
- Comfort across the lead funnel and the analytics and CRM stack (GA4, call tracking, attribution, Go High Level or similar)
- An AI-forward learner who treats AI as a tool to direct, not a crutch, and owns the outcome
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but proven results matter more
