Supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives to promote hospital services and community health programs. Assists in creating and distributing marketing materials across digital and print channels, ensuring messaging aligns with hospital branding and compliance standards. Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate campaigns and events that enhance patient engagement and awareness. Monitors market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Prepares reports on campaign performance and maintains marketing databases to support efficient workflow and data-driven decision-making.
- Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that promote hospital services and community health programs.
- Create, coordinate, and distribute marketing materials across digital and print channels.
- Ensure marketing content aligns with UF Health branding, messaging, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to coordinate marketing campaigns and events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to support marketing strategies.
- Prepare reports and analyze campaign performance to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain marketing databases and project documentation to support efficient workflows.
- Assist with data-driven marketing initiatives that enhance patient engagement, community outreach, and brand awareness.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field required.
- Three (3) or more years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing software or digital communication tools.
- Experience planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, events, or promotional initiatives.
- Strong analytical, reporting, organizational, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing, branding, and compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
