Email Marketing Specialist; Enrollment Marketing & Communications

Overview

The University of Florida is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to support strategic enrollment marketing and communication initiatives targeting prospective students. The role involves executing multi-channel communication campaigns through CRM platforms, managing email marketing automation, developing audience segmentation strategies, and collaborating with Enrollment Management partners to boost awareness, engagement, and enrollment.

• Execute annual enrollment communication plans and campaigns using CRM platforms.
• Develop and implement audience segmentation and personalized communication strategies.
• Manage email marketing automation, including testing, scheduling, and workflow maintenance.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Management units to align marketing strategies with enrollment goals.
• Utilize enrollment data for reporting, audience selection, and analyzing communication effectiveness.
• Maintain CRM templates, campaign assets, and serve as a resource for CRM best practices.
• Stay updated on marketing automation trends and recommend process improvements.
• Requires Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Preferred skills include experience with CRMs (Salesforce, Slate, Hub Spot), Google Analytics, Google Ads, email compliance, and WCAG 2.1 familiarity.
• Salary: $50,000 annually with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, tuition assistance, and loan forgiveness eligibility.
